Apply Live Cloud for Zoom License to New Lead

This step describes how to apply the Live Cloud license to the new lead.

To apply license:
1. From the Customer Actions drop-down list, select Zoom > Open Qualified Leads Page.

The new customer leads are displayed with Draft status.

2. Right-click ... menu and choose Change Status.

3. Select Status OC Essential.

4. Optionally select a configured channel.
5. Click Update.
6. Select the All Customers tab, the customer lead is displayed in the Deployed state.

The name of the customer company.

One of the following values:

SMB

Status

One of the following:

Draft: Customer has been added by Provider Exchange, however Live Cloud license has not yet been applied.
Waiting for Customer: Waiting for customer to synchronize numbers.
Deployed: Customer Live Cloud license has been successfully applied, however numbers have not yet been uploaded.
Ready: Customer has been successfully deployed and numbers have been uploaded.
Removing: Customer is in the process of being removed.
Zoom Account Number

Zoom customer account number.

Consented On

Date when license is applied to customer lead.

Last Modified

Date of last update of the customer account.

7. Open the Live Cloud interface Customers page. The new customer is displayed with Deploy status complete OK.
